Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiliacw ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "jiliacw"), governing your access to and use of the jiliacw website located at https://jiliacw.net and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on jiliacw, completing the verification process, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. Your continued use of the jiliacw Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms incorporate by reference any additional policies published on the jiliacw Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern for that promotion only.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to the jiliacw Platform and participation in any game, bet, or promotion is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. jiliacw reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during your account lifecycle.

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of your registration and at all times when placing wagers. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is legal under applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons under legal guardianship or those declared legally incapacitated are prohibited from registering or using jiliacw.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jiliacw. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from jiliacw or from any other gambling platform under a regulatory self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or play.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of jiliacw, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from participating in real-money games on the Platform.

Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and services on jiliacw, you are required to register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. jiliacw may refuse to open an account or may close an existing account if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

During or after registration, jiliacw will conduct a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, UMID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank account details)
• A selfie or liveness check for identity confirmation purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jiliacw will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jiliacw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jiliacw supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All transactions on jiliacw are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section of your account.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically reflected in your jiliacw account balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful completion. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to process.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed the KYC process. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Approved withdrawals via GCash or Maya are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
• Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal: Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) prior to withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to individual bonus wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Transaction Fees: jiliacw does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may impose their own fees, for which jiliacw accepts no responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: jiliacw reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

jiliacw offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms as well as any additional terms and conditions specified for each individual offer. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms shall apply.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the stated qualification criteria. jiliacw reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or reverse any bonus granted to an ineligible player.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time window will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not combine multiple bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to exploit multiple simultaneous bonus offers may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the account.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or artificial game play patterns — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated time period will expire and be automatically removed from your account balance.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on the jiliacw Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on jiliacw, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jiliacw uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained and professionally supervised dealers. The jiliacw Platform undergoes periodic technical audits and security assessments to verify the integrity of all gaming systems.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jiliacw's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final.
• jiliacw reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure may have affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Winnings generated from a bet placed in error or resulting from an obvious system error will not be honored. jiliacw reserves the right to recover any funds paid out as a result of an error.
• Players are expected to engage with games in good faith. The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliacw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account without their express authorization
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or any other process
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider in bad faith
• Using any form of automation, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or exploiting known software bugs or system errors for financial gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behavior toward jiliacw staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jiliacw's systems, databases, or network infrastructure

Responsible Gaming

jiliacw is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and player welfare. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal hardship. jiliacw supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.

All content on the jiliacw Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and presentation of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliacw or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliacw Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated extraction tools on the Platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Use the jiliacw name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission

Any unauthorized use of jiliacw's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose the violating party to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliacw, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jiliacw Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jiliacw specifically disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from interrupted, delayed, or unavailable Platform access due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to adequately secure your credentials
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, beyond the amount of any applicable regulatory protections
• Indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational damage
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game developers, or network operators

The jiliacw Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliacw makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Privacy and Data Protection

jiliacw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jiliacw is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. jiliacw does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

jiliacw reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliacw will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, on-site notification banner, or both, at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect — except where immediate amendments are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the jiliacw Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the jiliacw Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jiliacw at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. jiliacw will respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may then pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels.
